Once you obtain a new listing you can create a mobile website for that property in just a few minutes in a simple and easy process at www.admin.qrprop.co.za
The first step is visiting our website at www.admin.qrprop.co.za, and start the process by clicking the LOGIN and PASSWORD button.
You enter your profile information and property information including photos... Your profile information includes your picture and the logo of the brokerage firm that you represent. You also enter the property information and the top Ten pictures of the property.
You may immediately select/create a mobile URL for the newly created mobile property listing, and a QR code™ linked to the new mobile URL (see: get QR code tab)
You share your QR code™ and mobile URL by placing it on your FOR SALE sign
You can also use the QR code™ and the mobile URL to share the information of the property through flyers, emails, and other advertising material.
You can also publish the new mobile URL and/or the QR code™ to generate traffic to your mobile listing through social network sites such as Facebook, Twitter
Prospective buyers could access complete property details on their mobile phones by scanning the QR code™ or entering the mobile URL on their mobile browser

You can order as many QR codes™ as you want.
For how long does my mobile listing last?
QRPROP mobile listings last up to one year from the time they are created.
Does QRPROP provide the For Sale sign displaying the QR code™?
We are not manufacturers of Real Estate sign, but we can recommend several sign manufacturers and suppliers across South africa. .
We also offer QR code™ stickers (5 x 5 inches) for you to stick on your own sign.
What is the cost of reading a QR code™ to a consumer?
Consumers and prospective buyers can access property information for FREE. Standard data rates apply for their mobile web browsing as per their data service agreement with their wireless service provider
Can I use any mobile phone to read a QR code™?

Can I customize the mobile listings under my brokerage firm's brand identity?

Can I omit some property information, such as price or NLS number or some pictures?
Yes, you decide what information is to be shown on your mobile listing; however, you must include at least two of the three most important fields for a property: NLS#, address and price.
Does my QR code™ ever expire?
Your QR code™ never expires. It is always linked to the mobile URL that was provided to you along with the QR code™. Through your admin screen, you can update the mobile listing with more recent information about the same property, or you can update the mobile listing with a new property.
If you have a mobile listing that has not been updated or modified for over a year, your mobile listing may be removed; however, the QR code™ will always be linked to the same URL.
How do I access my admin screen for a QR code™ and mobile listing I created in the past?
You can access your admin screen using your email address and password through our website at admin.qrprop.co.za , by clicking on the Login button.
